The individual named below (referred to as "I" or "me") wishes to drive a Lucid Air vehicle (the "Vehicle Demonstration") provided by Lucid USA, Inc. or its affiliates ("Lucid"). In consideration of being permitted by Lucid to participate in the Vehicle Demonstration for evaluation purposes and in recognition of Lucid's reliance hereon, I agree to all the terms and conditions below:

Criteria to drive

• I am over 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license which permits me to drive motor vehicles on highways in the United States.
• My eyesight meets the minimum standard required to drive in the United States and I am not suffering from any illness or condition which would make it unsafe to drive.
• I have not consumed any alcohol on the date of the Vehicle Demonstration, and I am not under the influence of any substance which may affect my ability to drive.
• I have liability insurance that meets or exceeds the minimum legal requirements for driving a vehicle and comprehensive and collision coverage, that is presently in effect, and covers the vehicle for the duration of the Vehicle Demonstration.

My obligations and representations

• I will follow the routes and obey all instructions from the Lucid representative responsible for running the Vehicle Demonstration.
• If I have any cause for concern as to the roadworthiness or safety of the vehicle, I will notify a Lucid representative immediately.
• I will not smoke in the vehicle.
• I will drive the vehicle with due care and attention and I will immediately report any damage, theft, accident or vandalism involving the vehicle to the police, Lucid, and my insurance company. I agree to pay Lucid the reasonable value of repairing such damage, along with expense incurred in obtaining the return of the vehicle.
• I agree to defend, indemnify and hold Lucid harmless from any and all expenses, costs, liabilities, injuries, claims, demands and judgments ("Claims") arising out of: (i) any damage to the vehicle; (ii) my operation, use or possession of the vehicle in contravention with this Vehicle Demonstration & Media Authorization Agreement; or (iii) any negligent or reckless act or omission on my part.
• I am responsible for all traffic violations that arise out of my use, possession or control of the vehicle and will pay any resulting fines, penalties, parking or traffic tickets.
• I am responsible for the cost of replacing any key fobs and associated charges if the key fob is not returned.
• I will not operate the vehicle in a negligent fashion, exceed posted speed limits, and agree that cell phone use is not permitted during the Vehicle Demonstration.
• I confirm that I have inspected the vehicle and agree that it is free from visible damage or defects, except if noted otherwise with a Lucid representative before operating the vehicle.
• I agree that I am responsible for all costs to recover the vehicle, including attorneys' fees, if I fail to return the vehicle.

Photographs and video recordings

• I will not take any photographs or make any video recordings while conducting the Vehicle Demonstration, but I acknowledge that I am able to take photographs or make any video recordings of any Lucid vehicle prior to, or after, conducting the Vehicle Demonstration. In the event that I post any such photographs or videos in a public forum (including on any website or social media platform), I agree that Lucid has the right to use and reproduce such photos and videos without any further consent and without providing me with any remuneration.

Termination of the Vehicle Demonstration

• I understand that Lucid is able to terminate and/or cancel the Vehicle Demonstration at any time and for any reason, at its discretion and without liability to me for such termination or cancellation.

My information

• I understand that Lucid will collect information from me and from the vehicle as part of the Vehicle Demonstration. I have had the opportunity to review Lucid's privacy policy (available at www.lucidmotors.com/legal) and acknowledge that the collection and use of information and data collected as a result of this Vehicle Demonstration are subject to those terms.

Media Release

• I grant Lucid USA, Inc and its affiliates (collectively "Lucid") permission to use my likeness in any photograph(s), video or other digital media taken or created by or for Lucid ("Photo(s)") in any and all of its videos, publications, including web-based publications, websites, and/or social media sites, without payment or other consideration. This includes allowing Lucid to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, re-publish, use, re-use, display, modify, broadcast, or distribute the Photo(s), in whole or in part, without restriction as to changes or alterations, in conjunction with my name (including, without limitation, for identification and caption purposes), or reproductions thereof, made through any medium, and in any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, promotion, art, advertising, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the Photo(s).

This Authorization shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. This Authorization shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
